Privacy Policy
Plain English: what we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
1. Who we are
Taskabeez Limited (Company No. 237155), incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius, registered address La Louisa, Bois Rouge, Pamplemousses, Mauritius, is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), company name.
- Project data: contract documents, correspondence, notices, and other content you upload or connect to Taskabeez.
- Email content: if you connect email monitoring, the content of emails relevant to your connected projects.
- Billing data: handled by Paddle; we receive subscription status and tier, not full card details.
- Usage data: log data, device information, and how you interact with the Service.
3. How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To power AI analysis of your project data and generate proposals in the Consultant Log.
- To process payments (via Paddle) and communicate with you about your account.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your project or email content to train AI models.
4. Subprocessors
We share data with the following subprocessors to operate the Service:

5. International data transfers
Some subprocessors (including Anthropic) may process data outside Mauritius, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, project data remains accessible during the 30-day grace period described in our Terms, after which older projects may be archived. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at hello@taskabeez.com to exercise these rights.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, tenant-isolated database access controls, and role-based authentication, to protect your data.
