It does not invent commentary, best-value scores, or a recommended tenderer.

The output is a comparison matrix for you to review. Award language stays with the QS — confirm extracted figures before any recommendation to the employer or board.

Final account preparation is where commercial work either pays off or unravels. Variations agreed in principle but never priced, claims raised but never resolved, retentions overdue for release — all of it has to be assembled into a defensible final account with the contemporaneous evidence to back it.

Your programme is not just a schedule — it is the foundation of your delay claims. Every day of critical delay needs to be documented, causally linked to a delay event, and supported by a contemporaneous programme record. Without this, a delay claim becomes an argument instead of a proof.

AI-powered email analysis (requires email account connection on Professional tier or above). The system analyses emails for contractual events when your email account is connected. When an email cites an RFI (Request for Information) or VO (Variation Order) code, Taskabeez can link it to the matching register record and surface that correspondence on the record and in the Consultant Log. A revised drawing issued late, an instruction that extends the programme, a payment certificate that falls short — each of these is a potential claim event, and each has a countdown clock attached to it.

The system cross-references each event against your specific contract — FIDIC 1999, FIDIC 2017, NEC4, JCT, or AIA — and immediately calculates the notice period that applies. It drafts notice language and alerts you with the days remaining before the deadline expires. Any new record is created only after you review and approve an AI recommendation.

Every construction contract has different notice periods, different claim mechanisms, and different terminology. FIDIC Sub-Clause 20.1 gives you 28 days. NEC4 Early Warning requirements are triggered differently. JCT extensions of time follow their own process.
